Muscle shrinkage and weakening is almost inevitable as we age, but dancing is one of the best exercises to help us stay young. Dancing improves aerobic capacity, balance and spacial awareness, while the need to remember steps exercises vital parts of the brain.  It's also a great social activity, and a fun way to get out of the house and meet new people.  Come and give it a go.

Jane Doe - Another Company, LLC

I wish I'd learned to dance years ago!  I'm loving the music and have met so many lovely people.  Dancing is so much more fun than going to the gym for my exercise.  Its social as well.

Now that I've learned a few dance moves my friends are impressed when I go and ask ladies I don't know for a dance.  The ladies are also impressed :).
Until I tried these dance classes I thought I had 2 left feet!  Now I have the confidence to ask ladies to dance and I'm having a ball!
The dance classes are great fun and you get to meet everyone there as you change partners all the time.  Learning to dance has been something fun to do.  If I've had a bad day at work I get to the dance class, it puts a smile on my face, I start  moving to the music and forget about everything else.
Now the kids are older, it's time for us to get out and do something fun together.

Dance Classes in Rock n Roll, Jive, and Line Dances, and social dances with live bands.  Lets dance!!

 Bushfire Relief Fundraiser Dance

Another fundraiser dance will be held at Maribyrong Bowls Club on Mon 27th Jan 2020 also organised by Adrian and Red Hot Rockers.  After the success of the fundraiser dance held at Eddies on Fri 17th Jan, which raised $5000 for the appeal, we're running another one on the other side of the city.

Live bands and dancing from 1pm to 10 pm will be held at the Maribyrnong Bowls Club located at 195, Holmes Road, Moonee Ponds. There will be 5 bands contributing freely of their time and music to the bush fire appeal dance and they are the Fender Benders, Joe Galea Band, Josie & the Corvettes, Kid James Trio and the Uptown Cats.

Please come along to have a great time listening and dancing to the bands and, most importantly, showing your support to a worthwhile cause as the recent and ongoing bush fires have caused great devastation to our National Parks and property losses in our regional community.

For booking, please contact Adrian on 0452211860. Entry fee is $20 for a great day of entertainment and dancing.

UNFORTUNATELY all our social dances will close until further notice.

Stay safe, keep exercising and we hope to see you all again in a few months.
