Muscle shrinkage and weakening is almost inevitable as we age, but dancing is one of the best exercises to help us stay young. Dancing improves aerobic capacity, balance and spacial awareness, while the need to remember steps exercises vital parts of the brain.  It's also a great social activity, and a fun way to get out of the house and meet new people.  Come and give it a go.

Jane Doe - Another Company, LLC

I wish I'd learned to dance years ago!  I'm loving the music and have met so many lovely people.  Dancing is so much more fun than going to the gym for my exercise.  Its social as well.

Now that I've learned a few dance moves my friends are impressed when I go and ask ladies I don't know for a dance.  The ladies are also impressed :).
Until I tried these dance classes I thought I had 2 left feet!  Now I have the confidence to ask ladies to dance and I'm having a ball!
The dance classes are great fun and you get to meet everyone there as you change partners all the time.  Learning to dance has been something fun to do.  If I've had a bad day at work I get to the dance class, it puts a smile on my face, I start  moving to the music and forget about everything else.
Now the kids are older, it's time for us to get out and do something fun together.

Dance Classes in Rock n Roll, Jive, and Line Dances.  Lets dance!!

Why learn to dance?
